There is a uniquely handmade nature to the pieces, therefore, colours and shapes will vary slightly from that which is displayed on screen. All pieces are made lovingly in small batches.

Shipping

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. I work hard to keep popular pieces pre-stocked.

Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. To keep shipping costs down on smaller orders, shipping is $7 flat rate to Canada and the United States, and $8 flat rate to the rest of the world. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

PALMA is not responsible for postal delivery times.

Cancellations

I accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after order is received. Email hi@palmagoods.com to cancel an order.

Returns + Exchanges

Due to the unique handmade nature of PALMA pieces, returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. I want you to be happy and feel beautiful with your PALMA piece. Please email hi@palmagoods.com, or use the contact form, with any concerns or problems.

To process a return or exchange, contact must be made with me within 4 days of delivery.
